What is your shipping policy for perishable items?

To maintain quality, perishable orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday via 2-Day Express. This prevents packages from being held in transit facilities over the weekend.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States to ensure that our products meet our strict safety and freshness standards upon arrival.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
